Chef Mohammad Islam, Founder & CEO of Atelier M (Restaurant-Lounge-Rooftop) in Dubai Marina, was part of the 10th year anniversary of the International Festival of Gastronomy in France: “Les Etoiles de Mougins”. 

Over 130 Chefs from all over the world were selected and invited to celebrate gastronomy and culinary art. More than 25 000 visitors traveling every year to the village of Mougins for live demonstrations, cooking shows, contest, and culinary exhibitions.

Chef Mohammad Islam devotes himself with passion to gastronomy. To celebrate this 10th year anniversary, he reinterpreted, in his own style, the ‘Gourmet Bagnat”, a popular french sandwich usually called Pan-Bagnat and classic specialty of the South of France.
