Middle East Business News and Magazine, Media Partner at the summit 3rd EU-ARAB WORLD
The exceptionally successful “3rd EU-Arab World Summit: Shared Horizons” took place on October 29-30, 2018 in Athens. For two days, Heads of State and Government, Ministers, high-level officials from EU and the Arab world, politicians, representatives from business Chambers and leading businessmen discussed the pivotal role of inter-regional cooperation and focused on further developing political and economic ties between the two regions.
The “3rd EU-Arab World Summit: Shared Horizons” was organised by Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal Group and Symeon G. Tsomokos S.A. in association with Delphi Economic Forum. The Summit featured Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) as a Strategic Sponsor.
Two parallel workshops took place during the Summit with great success: Building Bridges in Education and Empowering Societies and Sustainable Infrastructures Digitization.
More than 1000 delegates attended the 2 day international Summit, which enjoyed extensive TV and radio coverage, 1.462 web and 72 press articles in the Greek media, as well as many articles in the foreign press. Some notable examples: the Austrian newspaper Der Standard/NZZ, France 24, Radio France Internationale, Morocco News Agency, FYROM’s News Agency MIA, and Al-Ahram Newspaper. Finally, as a whole, more than 100 media representatives were accredited for the meeting including those from major news agencies such as Reuters and Associated Press or international outlets like WSJ, Euronews, and Al Jazeera.
