From youth & women empowerment initiatives to nationalization and happiness, GCC GOV HR Awards to honour people development initiatives
The prestigious GCC GOV HR Awards held in conjunction with the 5th Annual GOV HR Summit will once again recognise the regions’ leading chief executives, HR leaders and decision makers’ at an exclusive, by-invitation only gathering.
The award recognizes, celebrates and honors outstanding contributions and achievements of governments, business organizations and individuals who have raised the benchmark of people performance across the region. There are eleven organizational-level categories and three individual level categories that one can send nominations for.
Hosted under the theme of “Turning the biggest challenges into the greatest opportunities” the GOV HR Summit will deep dive into the latest human capital trends, share international & regional best practices with sponsors showcasing their cutting edge HR solutions and services in a boutique exhibition area.

The award categories include Organization of the Year for Women Empowerment; Organization of the Year for Youth Empowerment, Excellence in Talent Management Award; GCC GOV HR Team of the Year; Innovation in Employee Engagement and Best Nationalization award in the GCC. Individual level categories include the “People First” Leader Award and the “Happiness First” Leader Award amongst many others .
