Summit to Pool Knowledge on Investment Climate in the Middle East
Political populism, geopolitical uncertainty, and loose monetary policy have changed the calculus for investors around the world. Low interest rates in Europe, and economic uncertainty in the Middle East created by low oil prices, have had a profound effect on investment strategy in both regions. Due to these phenomena and others, investors have sought to diversify portfolios, and broaden their understanding of emerging markets.
To assist institutional investors in this complex, ever-changing environment, the EMEA Investors Summit 2018 will take place on April 16-17 in Dubai. The summit will gather expert investors, policymakers, and market analysts, to discuss leading topics related to investment, with an emphasis on developments in the Middle East. Over the course of two days, representatives of financial institutions and government authorities will delve into the latest on sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, commercial real estate, alternative investments, asset allocation, and insurance asset management. Further content will detail the geopolitical and macroeconomic climate for investment across the Middle East, and around the world.
The EMEA Institutional Investment Summit 2017 will facilitate engagement with financial institutions, and support for innovation in global investment. Professionals who work in finance, or related fields in law, consulting, and data analysis, are invited to attend.
