Barcelona Sustainable Fashion Day – A Journey of Conscious Elegance

[caption id="attachment_29593" align="alignleft" width="150"] Viola Edward[/caption] I will have the honour of joining a remarkable gathering in the heart of Barcelona: the Barcelona Sustainable Fashion Day, hosted at the iconic Antigua Fábrica de Estrella Damm. This event is quickly becoming one of the world’s most meaningful celebrations of sustainable fashion—and I am deeply grateful to be part of it. I will be sharing my vision of emotional ecology, a concept that bridges emotional well-being with environmental consciousness. For me, sustainability is not only about what we produce or consume—it is about how we feel, how we relate, and how we choose to live in harmony with ourselves, each other, and the planet. I’ll be in the inspiring company of Patrice Papa, haute couture designer to Princess Charlene of Monaco; Silvy, founder of the refined French brand Legend; and Ana Martín Tejada, ambassador of responsible luxury. Together, we’ll explore the creative power of fashion as a catalyst for global transformation. The event coincides with the International Day of Sustainability, and the symbolic choice of June 13—a number often associated with magic and awareness—reminds us of the ethical, regenerative future we are collectively striving to create. Conceived by visionary founder Ariana Onno, the Barcelona Sustainable Fashion Day is more than a runway. It is a call to action, a celebration of beauty with soul, and a bold reimagining of what luxury can become when rooted in values. I look forward to walking this path together—with purpose, presence, and passion.
