Following an extensive pitch process, RAPP Middle East won a three-year CRM contract with BMW Group Middle East.
As a new partner, RAPP will be responsible to support and strengthen the CRM operation for BMW and MINI across their markets within the Middle East region. The scope further spans across strategic consulting, lifecycle and data management, customer communication and fulfilment, as well as performance steering.
